Do we have to hire you for development after consulting?
No. Our consulting deliverables are written so any competent team can execute them. Many clients do continue with us, but it's never a condition.
What does a fractional CTO engagement include?
Typically a few days per month of technical leadership: roadmap planning, architecture decisions, hiring support, code review oversight and investor or board updates.
How long does an architecture review take?
Usually two to three weeks, ending with a written report, risk register and a prioritised improvement plan.
How much does a software project cost?
It depends on scope, platforms and integrations. After a short discovery call we share a written estimate with a feature-by-feature breakdown, so you can choose what goes into the first release and what waits.
Will I own the source code and IP?
Yes. All source code, designs and intellectual property are assigned to you under our agreement. We sign an NDA before discussing your idea in detail.
